Guide & support

How to use the two services, JPP and JAIS

The JPP Career Exploration Service is where you decide and prepare your career; the JAIS University Admission Service is where you choose universities, majors and admission tracks and see the application through. Both services proceed in five steps and are used with the same account.

JPP Career Exploration Service

Design and review your career in five steps

Decide what to do, check how well it fits the major, build a path that suits the year group and the time left, then confirm what was done with evidence. When detailed admissions design is needed, the preparation summary moves on to the JAIS University Admission Service.

  1. STEP 1

    Diagnose · explore

Set candidate fields and groups of majors from the test result and your interests.

  2. STEP 2

    Fit with the target major

Six axes showing fit, evidence and missing data.

  3. STEP 3

    Design · manage the path

Place tasks that fill the weak axes across the time available.

  4. STEP 4

    Review · assess · adjust

Confirm with evidence, and the parent or student chooses what to change.

  5. STEP 5

    Hand over to admissions consultation

Review the preparation summary and pass only the agreed scope.

There are three things to know first. The fit score is not admission likelihood — it is an indicator explaining how well the student and the major match. When grounds are insufficient we put judgment on hold and do not use the score as a conclusion. Originals of uploaded materials are not passed on — only summaries and status go out to guardians, experts and the admissions service.

What each step does, and what it leaves behind

For each step we list the materials and results, along with the display rules we keep.

Diagnose · explore

What you need
The Career.net career-aptitude test result address, notes on fields of interest
What we do
We link the test result and record your interests and strengths to build candidate fields and groups of majors.
What you get
Exploration record, candidate groups of majors, next exploration questions

The test is taken on Career.net, and we read only the scores from the result address the student gives us. We never hold the items or the raw answers.

Fit with the target major

What you need
Target major, related-subject achievement, activity records
What we do
We check fit across six axes: interest, aptitude, values, academic base, activity evidence and commitment.
What you get
Scores by axis and the grounds for them, plus a list of missing data

If the axes that actually have evidence weigh less than half, we mark the result as judgment on hold and do not use the score as a conclusion. Major information uses the 557 Career.net major profiles.

Design · manage the path

What you need
Year group, time remaining, hours available per week
What we do
We place tasks that fill the weak axes across the period and build a growth path.
What you get
Tasks with goal, grounds, action, evidence, deadline and status, plus decision milestones

We let you preview with scenarios what changes when conditions change. We show preparation level and the factors that move it, not a probability.

Review · assess · adjust

What you need
Grades, reading, volunteering and activity evidence materials
What we do
We check what has changed against the plan and propose adjustments.
What you get
Review records, adjustment history (previous versions kept), next review date

We do not merely warn about a shortfall; we let you choose whether to change the goal, action or deadline. A new path version takes effect only once the parent or student confirms it.

Hand over to admissions consultation

What you need
Confirmed target major, summary of basic records, subjects and activities, consent to transfer
What we do
We create a preparation summary with a stated reference date and pass it to the JAIS University Admission Service.
What you get
Linking status, supplementary tasks returned from admissions and the next consultation date

Before sending, we check the items passed, items excluded, reference date and how to withdraw. Originals of transcripts and activity materials are not passed on. Report originals remain in the admissions service.

Who uses it, and who decides

Who uses it
A parent signs up and manages the child's data with one account. The student also uses the same account together.
Who decides
The parent or student confirms the target major, tasks and changes to the path. If you need an expert's opinion, request a phone consultation.
What does not leave
Raw test answers and the originals of transcripts and activity materials are not passed to experts or the admissions service.

A shortfall is shown as records not yet built up, never as something lacking in the student.

JAIS University Admission Service

Diagnose admissions and see the application through in five steps

You check your data and eligibility, build up to 12 choices from university, major and admission-track candidates, review that combination, organize it into a report, and prepare applications, documents, interviews and schedules. At the top, Admission Status shows which step you are on now.

  1. STEP 1

    Admission Diagnosis

We check whether your data and eligibility are in place to start analysis.

  2. STEP 2

    Admission Design

We create a draft combination of choices from university, major and admission-track candidates.

  3. STEP 3

    Admission Strategy

We review whether the combination of choices is appropriate and what to supplement.

  4. STEP 4

    Admission Report

See analysis and consultation results and what has changed in one document.

  5. STEP 5

    Admission Execution

Keep track of what to do now across applications, documents, interviews and schedules.

There are three things to know first. Strategy results are not admission likelihood — we show reach, appropriate and safe ranges and the reasons behind them. When there isn't enough data to judge, we put it on hold, and judge again once you fill in the data. The person who finalizes the choices is the student or parent — if you need an expert's opinion, request an admissions-consulting phone consultation.

What each step does, and what it leaves behind

For each step we list the materials and results, along with the display rules we keep.

Admission Diagnosis

What you need
Basic information (academic year · program · admission-track type), education · residence · employment information, grades · language · activity materials
What we do
We check eligibility for 특례 admission, diagnose your academic level and find missing data.
What you get
Eligibility result, academic-level diagnosis, data readiness and a list of data to supplement

Eligibility is decided by each university's admission guidelines. When there is no data to check, we show judgment on hold instead of a conclusion.

Admission Design

What you need
Target major and university group, universities · majors · admission tracks of interest
What we do
We set your target profile, gather candidate tracks and create a draft combination of choices.
What you get
Candidate list, a draft of up to 12 choices, preparation plan

Adding a candidate is not finalizing an application. The student decides the number of choices — you do not have to fill all 12 slots.

Admission Strategy

What you need
The combination of choices you built in Admission Design
What we do
We compare candidates by eligibility, fit and competitiveness and simulate the combination.
What you get
Range and grounds for each candidate, skew and schedule overlaps in the combination, final application strategy

We show it as ranges and reasons, not probabilities. The AI does not pick and finalize your choices for you.

Admission Report

What you need
Diagnosis · design · strategy results, consultation records
What we do
We bundle the analysis and consultation results so far into one document and keep what changed in each round.
What you get
Basic and detailed reports, round history, sharing and export

Predictions in the report are for reference. They do not assert admission or rejection.

Admission Execution

What you need
Finalized choices, university-specific schedule and document criteria
What we do
Keep track of what to prepare now across applications, documents, self-introduction essays, interviews and schedules.
What you get
Schedule calendar, document checklist, application progress status

Only schedule and document criteria read from the guidelines and confirmed by the operators are published. Before a deadline, please check the university's original once more.
